  1. Hello. My sister had a problem when she was a young teenager- she had really wide hips, well, large. It's not so much a matter of losing weight just on your hips but exercising in general. Working out will make you burn fat all over your body.

    Running, jogging, tennis, football, badminton, a martial art like Taekwon-do or kickboxing..

    Kickboxing and Taekwon-do are good as you are required to kick by twisting your hips. All the strength is from the hip area. It's all about turning them!

  2. Squash is good .... more running about than Tennis......but any form of running about to burn cals would be good.  If you fancy it Fencing is a good workout ...

  3. Track, soccer, or basketball. Anything that has to do with running!

  4. Tennis? you could try cycling its fun too =D
