I have a Rusty and they are very reliable and are a blast to ride. They tend to get kinda pricey, but they are very reliable and will last a long time. I've had one for three years and I love it. Billabong doesn't have enough selection and I don't even know what NSP is.

i have an nsp 6'8

id recommend nsp if its your FIRST BOARD since i learned on an nsp and their a great board to start off with. not too expensive, hard to destroy, and not too hard to learn on, while still being lots of fun as you get better.
