What kind of surprise party?

My friend didn't have a b-day party this year so while she is in mexico, my friend and i want to throw her a party! i havent done this in a longg time so if you can help me with food decorations, games, theme, that kind of stuff.

hahaha i was thrown a surprise UN birthday party... from alice in wonderland..... it was awesome!!!!!! they had little cupcakes and bottles of fruity drinks that read eat me and drink me!!!! they decorated it with oversized flowers and teacups .... it was awesome. and uh i was turning 23 so it wasnt like kiddy party and we played drinking games!! so i cant really help you there!

do a mexican theme. i am sure when she leaves mexico she will miss it. so instead of going back to mexico, why don't u bring mexico to her again!!
