its the easiest to get in,

and its the best even when your swimming competitively.

you can swim with your tampon but if your period heavy get realy strong  tampons.

Earlier i just avoided going to the pool during that time of the month :) but now.....i use Tampax pearl...thats the only kind i've used. I just started using it this summer and its really good.
