I am an okay player, about to start playing at the high school level, and the racquet i have right now is no good. I am looking to spend no more than 100 dollars. What do you recommend buying. Also, are the n-codes very good. I usually play at the baseline. Also, my swing is not very fast, but not slow. Please help me out.

  1. I personally like the Wilson nPro Open 100.  Great access to spin and is versatile enough for both singles and doubles play.

The nTour 95 is also a good stick but you may need to customise (with a little lead tape) to make the racquet a little more stable and headlight if you like playing at the net.

    Good luck!

  2. prince rocks! my friend got this shark one (or something like it) like sharapova used or uses and it cost 50$ or so... and it's a really good racket! I have prince too but mine cost 250$

  3. You could probably find an nCode racquet for around $100 now, since they are an older line (replaced by the kFactor line), or a good Prince racquet for that price too.  With a medium swing speed, you should probably get a lighter racquet and/or a larger head size.  Try some out at your local tennis shop, they should allow you to demo them before purchase.  Then you can go online and buy the frame you like cheaper, like at http://tenniswarehouse.com.

  4. head crossbow 10 its new tenniswarehouse.com

  5. www.tenniswarehouse.com

    liquidation racquets($100 > below)

I recommend getting a good racquet from that category, but not an oversize one. Also, watch out for the ancient racquets cuz they're probably incompetent.
