  1. well u can do yoga positions, aerobic exercises like there jogging, hula hoop, and step aerobics. then u can do sum stuff strength training like push up sand crunches and balance games were u can snowboard and ski and other odd but very fun games.

    there is also a body test that u do that shows u how much weight u  had gain or lost. then u mark ur progress on the wii fits calender.

    the wii fit is great and if ur contemplating if u should get it, one cool thing about it is  u can buy other game that use the wii fit board

    Balance - some fun games like heading soccer balls, ski jump, ski slalom etc - good for balance.

    Strength - push ups, planks, stretches etc - quite difficult.
