  1. Candles

    Frames

  2. This year I got my child's teacher a cheap beach bag (Walmart or even the Dollar Store make cute ones) and fill it with a beach towel (Walmart has some for under $5) and a raft or flip flops.  Last year I bought a $1 plastic movie popcorn bucket and added shredded tissue paper as filler then put in a microwave popcorn (from my pantry), a $5 gift card to a movie rental store (or movie theater) and a box of candy (Twizzlers) and added a note saying, " You were a REEL fun teacher".  My little one is in ballet and for her teacher I plan to get a small potted plant and let her paint the pot-add a note that says, "Thanks for helping me GROW to love dance".  I like to do something special and creative for all that they do for my kids all year.  Teachers deserve to be told how much they are appreicated and thought of at the end of the school year.  I am sure the teacher will enjoy whatever she is given.  Have a fun summer!

  3. you dont need to realy spend lots of money on them you could just by them a little something so they no that you apreciate what they have done maby you could get them like a box of chocolates or wine or maby  if they are a woman then maby some nice relaxing bath things but im no expert on prezzys so u dont have to go with my idear

  4. I got my childs teacher a Feng Shui sand garden for her table.Supposed to be relaxing raking different patterns into the sand. I have given books but i try to find something different but cheap.

  5. A gift card to a restaurant, something from Bath & Body works, flowers, and a handmade card from my son. I also really like that feng shui sand garden idea the person above me mentioned- I might do that next year...

  6. As a former teacher, my favorite gifts were always a plate of homemade cookies or baked good. Single decorative plates can be bought and have your child or help your child make something delisious they can share with the kids (or secretly munch while they are not looking). Another things I enjoyed was a ornament, something small and simple. Even a plant was nice.

Candles, teacher mugs, and other things always seemed to just become clutter and sadly wind up in the Goodwill donations. Even lotions and things were not always that great since you either don't care for the scent or you just get too many.

  7. Manicure sets

    Wine

    Candles

    Plants

Useful things which cost under £5. A token present as it should be.
