What kind of things i can take with me tp perth, western australia?

i am student go to perth soon, i wnat purchase some things to take with me, can anyone tell me what kind of food items allowed and other useful goods, i am indian, tamilnadu?

certainly NO fruit vegatable honey or nut products. Other than that what you bring must be declared other wise you can be in for a hefty fine. We cater for many nationalaties in Australia. You should find most of what you want here. There is a huge variety of foods here

normally, the Australian government is very strict when it comes to food and other materials made of wood,etc. better yet, when you get here, scout for many shops which sells food or cuisines for other nationalities. there are tons of Indians like you here, so i don't think there would be any problem with that.
