What duties do you feel as though a personal assistant to a real estate agent should perform?

  1. I'm a retired realtor. The personal assistant had a real estate license, too, so could show properties. The personal assistant also helped with the sale as liaison with the township ( to acquire tax certifications and order inspections), could help market a property by taking measurements and pictures and help write a marketing brochure, could place advertising, could call  the title and mortgage companies, could contact a homeowners association or condominium association could organize an open house or broker's open, could list the property on MLS, could assist the agent by maintaining the agent's schedule, do banking, faxing, typing, filing, answering phones, and buying gifts for clients. It depends on what you negotiate with the real estate agent. Good luck!
