What kind of tint ? limo, dark, or medium....?

what about in california , what do u think is the chance of getting pulled over with medium tint in the front two windows, because i just bought a new accord.?

I don't know about your country, but in the real world it is illegal to tint any but the back and rear windows for safety reasons.

As long as you follow the laws you will have no problems........

Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 4 inches of the windshield.  

Front Side Windows Must allow more than 70% of light in.

Back Side Windows Any darkness can be used.

Rear Window Any darkness can be used.

Under CA laws, if the back window is tinted, you must have dual outside mirrors.

It is illegal in California to tint the front side windows or the windshield. Don't do it.

If you really must, just do a very light tint, but tint the rear ones darker so it's not obvious.
