To "ily dily" NONE?! no wonder their feet are brok up!!! No way, unless their feet are shaped in a nice pointe shoe loving way, not too sure about that. But um yea "gaynor minden" shoes have a special box which fits into shoes (ud have to be wearin those shoes though), and i saw these realy realy painless leather gel pads! Those feel like ur walkin on air, but they're slippery, still havent found them again though :( or u can get simple gel pouches. Dunno which is the best, i fink it depends on the individual and how nicely their feet are shaped which pads they prefer.

They actually (well most) wear none. Nothing at all because they have been on point so long they are used to it and i have heard it feels better without anything on. I prefer to have them on though
