my daughter's going to be two and i want to get her one of those pull string pinatas, but i'm not sure what kinds of things to fill it with because the "pinata filler" you can buy from a store obviously isn't baby proof and the little toys are flimsy and have small parts. i don't want anything extremely expensive.

  1. Dum Dum's they love them and as long as they sit with them they are safe. Plastic toys like watches or bracelets. You can get them in packages at any dollar store or Wal-Mart. If you have boys as well they have an assortment of unisex things like that. Have Fun!!!!!!

  2. I have a 3 year old and since his first birthday I have put in individual packages of goldfish, teddy grahams, animal crackers, and things like that.  I don't put in too much candy because my husband and I just don't give our kids too much candy.  We don't put the toys in the pinata, instead we put them in the favor (party) bags.  The kids don't mind not having the candy and the parents seem to appreciate  it as well!

  3. soft candy for sure nothing hard-tootsie rolls(you could also get some that are different flavors),starburst,(no bubble gum they might swallow it),fruit snacks, gummy works

as for toys and things you could put in little dora the explorer dolls(the small ones you might find in wal mart target and the dollar store, princess wands(mini so they can fit in the pinata)and other princess stuff.

    :) hope this helps!:)

  4. Why would you give toddlers candy?  How about those little boxes of raisins instead and other healthy treats instead.

  5. Buy candy or toys that are age appropriate for your daughter. to avoid spending a fortune go to dollarama there are packages of little toys of more than one and everything there is 1$ so you can get some of those and youre all set.

  6. Marshmellow treats, small candy bars(miniature ones)gummy bears, small packets of M&M's,small stuffed animals, small wind toys, little books you can get at the store,I hope I have helped you!
