  1. I think it depends on the particular child. each child is slightly different and may have a different type of toy that they really enjoy. A friend of mine has a son with autism who really loves trains....thomas the tank engine specifically. I know another little boy who probably has PDD-NOS who stims at the sight of anything with wheels, and things that move like fish in a tank


  2. Just the same as normal children i used to care for a little boy with autism...it does depend on age but he liked different coloured lights, repeatitive toys, colours like books, blocks, different feels of fabric and singing.

    She loves puzzles and cross word or picture puzzles in books.

    Depending on the severity they also like toys with music including radios

  4. anything that is similar, such as blocks or cups. things that can stack, identical items. keys are good too. things that can play sounds or music and play it over and over and over.
