What kind of track spikes should i use?

I'm running on a MONDO synthetic track, 100m relay, my shoes are the Asics Hyper Sprints. What shape, how long and what is a good brand?

For the 100m relay all you really need are basic 1/4 inch spikes.  Nike is a decent brand that you can get for pretty cheap.

it depends on your regulations and requirements based on the organizatiuon. we couldnt use needle spikes. I have those shoes and i use quarter inch compression/pyramid spikes. they are the best and your coach should have them or your local running store
