  2. In Miami Beach there's no historic center, sorry, but we do have lots of hysterical people.

  3. I would prefer no permission to cars or any other motor vehicle. As the pollution from these vehicles damages the site. It should be a no tolerance zone.

  4. Absolutely no cars at all.

    Plenty of giant flower pots to block the roads.

    A tram through the centre, painted with flowers.

    CARS OUT !

    Get those cars out.

    Far away in remote car parks next to the motorway, then

    the drivers and passnegers will get on the tram to the centre.

    The world is turning against cars now, back to the trams.

  5. No cars, but in a way this is not authentic because centuries ago there would have been lots of carts and so forth going right through the city centre, and i can also remember a time before widespread pedestrianisation or traffic calming measures, and i have occasionally felt nostalgic for that.
