Question:

What kind of training should I do in order to jump higher and farther?

I am a Thai Boxer but there are some techniques that I cant seem tu pull off cause I dont seem to have a high enough jump. There are fighters like Tony Jaa who can do a 5 foot vertical jump standing in one place. I really wnat to be able to do that.

  2. Buy a Trampoline and you will turn into a jumping bean in a short time.

  3. you have to work on your calves.  Do calf exercises.  Strenghten them.  If you can't access a gym, just use regular calf raises by tip toeing when exercising.  Also you should walk on your toes to strengthen those calves.  

    Lastly, just work on jumping!  Jump every instance you can and you'll develop into a high jumper.  It comes with practise
