What kind of trainning does a bus boy need?

Bus Boy training is a snap. It just takes a few days to get used to it.  All you would be doing is...,

(a) Washing Dishes (then run them through the dryer)

(b) Supply the Waitress Station with clean cups, glasses, dishes, silverware, etc

(c) Bus the tables - placing dishes in the carry pan and wipe down the tables.

(d) LEAVE THE TIPS on the Table because they are for the waitresses. If you take the tip money left on the tables you will be fired - AND given the way people are today (for whatever reason) you could be arrested for theft.

(e) if this applies and does not apply in every job, you might have to mop the floors and help clean the kitchen area at closing time IF you work on the closing shift.

Its not that much but the first week or two will feel like you just been to h**l depending on how much business the restaurant does. Its just a matter of fine tuning yourself and getting in rhythm. Once you do that, its a breeze.
