What kind of transportation should I use?

I'm not really sure what kind of transportation I should use. My parents want me to get a BMX bike but I want something that you can bring into a store and not lock up. Maybe a kick scooter? Also, I have to use my own money and I don't have much... maybe about 100 bucks is what I'll use at the least. Thanks in advance!

BMX bike mate. Cool and fast. Trust me. Its worth it.
