What kind of travel adaptor to plug stuff in will I need in Peru?

I am traveling to Peru and I want to take and use my blow dryer and flat iron over there and I will need to charge my cell phone to but I know they do not have the same type of electrical outlets that we have here to plug stuff in. does anyone know what kind of adaptor I need to get?

  1. im really not sure...im currently stationed in germany and use a variety of adaptors-you can goto a local outdoors/sporting center to purchase the items or contact a local travel agency to ask questions.

    Peru uses mainly types A and C, and so you need an adaptor for these. Type B is mainly used for heavy duty equipment so you are unlikely to need it for cell phone, etc.
