What kind of tree frog do I have?

  1. it looks like a green tree frog. the reason why yahoo puts frog questions in reptiles, is because they are both catagorized as "herps". you will also find inverts like scorpions, and tarantulas, even millipedes catagorized under this, even though they are not reptiles. when you go to a petstore, and take a walk in the reptile section, you will also see different types of frogs, tarantulas ect. basically its because they are all ectothermic, cold blooded animals that need heat to regulate body temperature and metabolism.


  2. It's a green tree frog. Why didn't you do your research BEFORE getting the animal? Or did you grab it from outside?

    Also, why is this in reptiles? Frogs are amphibians....
