What kind of trucks and boards should i get?

I just recently snapped my board and im looking to buy a new one,so i need a board with lots of pop and i need new trucks too, i need low trucks,i used to have a planb pjladd es board and venture trucks i consider my self a vert skater what should i get?

  1. It seems like you want a street setup to skate vert.  You can use street setups to skate vert and vice versa, but it isn;t an optimum setup.  

    Generally vert skaters like wide boards. (8.5 or wider)  Wider boards are more stable at the higher speeds of vert and they make it easier to get on the coping.  Good bramds would be Santa Cruz, Creature, Bacon or SMA.  You should probably go with Indy trucks, mids not lows, they are about the best for grinding.  Wheels should be 60mm or larger.  Bigger wheels go faster.  The hardness is really a matter of preference and the surface you skate.
