Im a uni student, and currently my style is: i wear 501 jeans (this sort of fit http://www.theurbanshop.co.uk/catalogue/closeup.asp?ProductCode=ZY0155 ). However my problem is that currently i have a bunch of tshirts with designs on them. Examples:

For girls, do u see guys my age wearin tshirts like that n think they are trying to cling onto their teenage years? Or do u think that they are just casual people with casual style. If the first, then what kind of tops would you recommend i buy? Should i start looking at some nice quality ralph lauren tshirts with just a small logo? Bearing in mind i dont like wearing the same tshirt more than once a fortnight. So id like a range of ideas.

PS I like my own style. If i think i will see someone with the same thing as me, i wont buy it. Full stop. (Besides the jeans). So please dont recommend things like bape tshirts!

Thanks

  1. I think guys that wear polo shirts look a lot classier and well put together than a guy with screen tee's.

There is nothing wrong with screen tee's but guys in polo's look more mature.

    Try polo's in different colors

  2. I'd definetly picture someone your age, ecspecially a universiity student wearing those tshirts. But since your 21 and youre just starting to get a bit older, I'd invest in some more...I'm not sure how to say it...sophisticated tops? I mean jsut because you are really an 18 year oldanymore or something...I'd suggest a polo shirt or two...a nice striped or solid button down?

However...many guys go have polos and button down shirts. you can be original with yours depending on the colour combinations you buy or the prints you decide on...thats what can set you apart.

There's nothing wrong with wearing tees like that...ecspecially when youre at school concentrating on your education! There's nothing wrong with looking casual..just make sure your wardrobe will allow you to dress up abit and look abit more sophisticated for an occasion if you need to
