What kind of turbo charger can i put on my 11000 cc engine?

That would be an 11 liter engine. The only engines that size are diesels used in medium duty trucks. Most of them already have turbos. If you meant 1100 cc, I would look in some of the motorcycle magazines to see what is available.

EH if u had a 11000 cc u wouldnt need a turbo charger thats quite a big engine

Since you're asking this in the Dodge section, I'll assume you have a Dodge.  Which Dodge has an 11 liter engine?  As the first post mentioned, an engine with that type of displacement will already have quite a bit of power...
