  1. it is a box turtle. worth nothing if it is wild. it eats veggies and fruits. its an adult so its at least 2-3 years of age.

did you find it? let it go where you found it.

  2. It's a female three-toed box turtle ( you can tell by the short tail) and if you found her, please let her go where you found her. They are not allowed to be taken from the wild or sold in many states,as they are declining. They are beautiful turtles and very gentle. That one is probably looking for a place to lay her eggs. And if you were to find one in a pet store,it would be about $ 30.00 - $40.00. They are not water turtles, they are land turtles, but they do like to soak in shallow water. If you are determined to keep it,here are care sheets for it,as they need many different foods and a specialized habitat.

  3. eatern box turtle foshow shes prolly 3 or older by the looks of it and she eats eart worms and veggies im not sure how much eatern box turts are worth but ornate box turts are worth about 90

  4. um box turtle it  lives souther area

  5. It is a box turtle, probably an eastern or a three toed box turtle. Wild caught box turtles don't do well in captivity and you're better off letting it go. There's no way to tell the age of a turtle by looking at it.

  6. It's Terrapene carolina. I can't be sure of the subspecies. It looks mostly like a 3-toed but lacks the orange on the underside of the head that many of them have. It might be an intergrade. Or not.

It eats both animal and vegetable material. Some people feed them dogfood (just so long as there is no gluten from China as an ingredient).

It is worth what you paid for it. If you caught it, the location will help you identify it to subspecies.

    It is an adult.

There is a great deal of literature on box turtles. Search it.
