What kind of underwater plant is this?

Looks like something potted that got placed in a pet bottle of water.. is that really an underwater plant?

It is hard to tell, likely Sagittaria

They look like Amazon Broadleaf Sword Plants (Echnidorus Bleheri).  They are a common aquarium plant.

I do not believe they are Sagittarus...as your pictures have clear stem sections which Sagittarus lack.
