  1. lactovegitarian- does not consume meat and eggs, but comsumes dairy products

  2. lacto vegetarian

    edit: a lacto vegetarian is exactly what you described. this type of vegetarian refrains from eating all types of meat including poultry and fish and doesnt eat eggs or slaughter by-products such as gelatin and rennet. they may or may not eat honey. they do eat dairy products.

  3. u can get sick from not eating meat for a long period of time.......

  4. You are a lacto (which means "milk") vegetarian because you don't eat meat, eggs, honey, or gelatin but you do eat some dairy.

  5. A vegetarian... just leave it at that. All this lacto/ovo/pesc/pollo business just confuses people. Vegetarians don't eat anything that contains a dead animal (and yes that does include fish). Vegans don't eat anything containing a dead animal or that comes from a live one.

    Simple. Forget about all the other labels.

  6. ur a lacto-tarian

    lacto=lactose as in dairy products
