What kind of video camera can i use to sing on youtube?

My webcam works but it lags when I upload to YouTube, which is fruastrating. I just need something that you can hear the singing fairly well and won't lag when I upload the video

It isn't the camera, it's the video file.  Try using a different program to capture your video, or capture in a different format/codec.
