What kind of visa do i need to apply to be able to get my wife & my son? Can i sponsor them?

I am working here at Abu dhabi as a Site Engineer at Hadeed Emirates Contracting for more than 6 months & my salary is Dhs5,000.. Am i qualified to sponsor my wife & my son.

You will need to apply for an immigrant visa.  You have to file an I-130.  You can obtain the form at the following address www.uscis.gov

look under forms.  You can include your son in that application.  Now if you are a US Citizen, you can apply for a certificate born abroad at the U.S. Consulate for your son.
