  1. Vitamin B is the answer to your question.  It helps boost mental and physical energy and you need an energy drink that contains that. XS energy drinks are a great source of that. I like the peach flavor. They have 12 different flavors.  It uses just Vitamin B to provide you with the energy. The advantage XS has over any other energy drink is that there is NO sugar, NO caffeine options (Cranberry-Grape, Tropical Blast, and...), and low to no carbs. As far as supplements, there is a Nutrilite Natural B Complex for an organic supplement form as well as Nutrilite Rhodiola 110 organic supplement.  You can get more info on these and get them at http://Arcameda.com. Just type XS or vitamin b in the search box at the site. Email me if you need further advice by going to my profile. Have fun.

  2. coke

  3. This is only my opinion. Most energy drinks are loaded with caffeine. The ones that claim they have , for example ginseng it is a very small amount. I think ppl are wasting their money.

They should go online to Dr.Baulch, he is a very good nutritionist , he will fix you a formula to suit your needs exactly.

The best thing people can do is eat a good balanced meal at least once a day. Home cooked. Cereal in the mornings, no sugar, add raisins, bananas etc. dry fruit is good to add also. I buy corn flakes and cheerios, it's about the only two besides rice krispies that are not loaded with sugar.

You can put honey in it also, great energy food, you can bake with honey instead of sugar and lots of things with it.

I drink vinegar, honey, water mixture everyday, gives me so much energy! Only takes 2 to 3 T.spoons. If I felt any better I couldn't stand myself, ha........it's true. take care

  4. Okay well first of all you should be looking for an energy drink that will give you a sustained boost of energy. A lot of the energy drinks out there on the market today, especially the popular ones are completely horrible for you because they rely on huge amounts of caffeine and sugar to give you an energy boost. Not good in the long run because a few hours later you'll crash, not to mention you'll eventually build up a tolerance to caffeine and possibly an addiction.

I drink healthier energy drinks myself. I found that they contain a lot more vitamins and nutrients and give better energy boosts than regular ones. Plus I am an athlete and I like to be able to drink something before a game that won't make me completely sick.

The FRS energy drink that I drink is loaded with vitamins, off the top of my head I know that it contains a lot of vitamin B because vitamin B provides sustained energy for the body. I also know it has loads of vitamin C and antioxidant. The drink also has less sugar and caffeine in it and is low in carbs. It is great for an athlete and I don't feel like I am dependent on it either. I just take it for that extra edge in a game. Anyway I found it here http://www.voernix.com/2008/07/frs.html a couple months ago at the start of my season. Has done wonders for me.
