  1. take an osteoporosis  vitamin. this will help strengthen your joints

  2. try one a day womens, if it wasnt for being six months after Id say your prenatals but it all depends really if you are breast feeding or not then you want to be careful what vitamins you take because some can pass into breast milk. Sorry about your joints!

  3. Did you continue your prenatals?  I was told with all my pregnancies to continue them for atleast 3 months after having my boys and then after that to make sure I got on a good multivitamin for woman if I didn't want to continue prenatals for longer.

  4. I am a Marine and have always taken Woman's Day. My OB actually told me if I could afford to continue to buy those he'd rather I take them than give me a prescription for the prenatal, so 5 years, 3 kids and 2 miscarriages later it is still part of my daily routine. I have no joint pain at all and obviously continue to be extremely active. I would suggest about any vitamin that focuses on woman's health.

  5. the same ones you took while you were pregnant

  6. You can take the same ones you were taking while you were pregnant if you have any left. If not, one a day womens are good.

  7. prenatal

  8. The same vitamins that everyone should use.  You also need minerals.

There is a liquid vitamin that also has a joint formula which includes glucosamine which is really good for joints.
