  1. please stay away from flinstones!!! they contain aspartame a known neuro-toxin.  Plenty of info on the net! whole foods can never be replaced!!!!!

  2. Nothing synthetic, Natural vitamins.

    Cod Liver Oil.[Vit A + D]

    Flax seed Oil.[Omega 3's]

    Acidophilus w/ bifidus. [Probiotics]

    Sodium Ascorbate[Vit C]

Currently she gets this through my breastmilk as she is four months[I take a bit extra when nursing], in another two months she'll get them directly.

EDIT - Try the oils in Orange Juice?

Thats how I take them, can't even taste it.

  3. If they are eating nutriciously, they don't need vitamins.  You can actually overdose on them.

If my kids are going through junk food stages or on vacation, I will only give them vitamins without preservatives and aluminum in it.  They sneak that in on a lot of things including immunizations.

  4. My children don't take vitemins though every time we eat out we get an apple  from the market and each of us has to take three bites out of the apple before they eat their fries and such
