  1. I take a vegan once-a-day multivitamin from a company called DEVA.  I try to eat well, but I'm also human, and I know I'll probably fall,  so I supplement to be on the safe side.


  2. I am currently 16 years of age, and I haven't eaten any meat (yes, fish is meat too me aswell) since i was five. I try to eat as much lentils, chick peas and tofu (those foods are rich in iron) and since iron is what vegetarians lack, it is really good. You can buy lentil and chickpea patties in supermarkets everywhere now, so it's really easy...plus they taste great! Tofu im not actually a big fan of, but if you like it, its also a great food to eat. I also take an iron tablet each day, to keep my irons levels up. As i allready have low iron levels, not eating meat is a disaster, but with the right foods and vitamins, i learnt to keep it under control. good luck with everything.

  3. You should do some research on 100% organic Whole Food Supplements. They should be Certified organic. Don't be fooled by firstorganics.net, They only have one product that's 100% and that's Vitamin C.     Vegetarians should make sure that their fruits and vegetables are 100% organic (free of herbicides and pesticides) and that their vitamins contain no fillers or artificial ingredients, only 100% natural ingredients. Anything else is just filling your body with unhealthy toxins. Hope this helps.

  6. I'm vegan and I don't take any supplements.  Between my fortified breakfast cereal, soy milk, and the rest of my diet, I do not need to take vitamins.
