  1. if you can't spend over 20 bucks...then you can probably only get wilson or some cheap spalding, unless you can find some really good deals because it's hard to find balls under 20 bucks without shipping

  2. Moltens are one of the most popular kind of v-balls for indoor.  They're made of select leather and are very nice.  I would recommend soft touch since you're new.  But moltens are around say $75, but you can get them for like $50 if you buy with your team in bulk.  But if you're looking for something a bit cheaper, you can look at the more common v-ball brands.  Like Mikasa and Tachikara, i personally prefer Mikasa out of those two.

  3. Since you are 12 and appear to be a new player, you should be looking at a volleyball with USYVL logo/sign on it. Those balls were made with special materials and are very soft (never hurt your fingers and arms).

They should be available in local sporting goods stores such as sports authority or sport chalet. If you sign up with your local USYVL league, you will get a free Tachikara ball.

  4. Everyone has their own personal preference.  For indoor ball, the molten Pro-Touch is popular for Men's Teams and the super-touch for women's around here.

Since you are 12, you may want to look into the Molten Soft Touch.
