i currently really need a pair of volleyball shoes, and although i already have an idea of what i want, i'm asking for input on what volleyball shoe you'd recommend. now, i'm thinking asics however i want the best for my money and i don't want to spend that much.

another question.. do you think i'd be able to use the same shoe for track and field later on in the year? or should i have two different pairs of shoes for both sports?

  1. Asics and mizuno are both really good volleyball shoes.  And I would not use your volleyball shoes for track. Try buying some track shoes or use regular tennis shoes instead.

  2. I have mizuno wave spike 9. and I love them. But don't use them for track, for track you need a more supportive shoe then for volleyball. Check out www.eastbay.com for shoes, they generally have good prices on shoes and have a good selection.

  3. I have asics. you could look in volleyball magazines here try these websites

    http://www.spikevolleyball.com/category/...

    http://www.fairwayvolleyball.com/

  4. i have asics. they are really comfortable but if you are wearing active ankles i would go twith the bigger shoe, i mean like wider, because they stretch ur shoes out. any other brand idk. and i guess if u run fast then u could keep the same shoes. but i think theyre better off indooors. i tried running on the trrack with my acics and the comfort was good. you might want to get a pair of lighter shoes.

  5. muzinos the only way to go

  6. Asics and Mizuno are the two best volleyball shoes you can purchase, however they arn't the cheapest but you will get your moneys worth my asics have lasted me 2 years and they still have a good grip i also used those outside of the gym for a little while and they have held up great and i would get a different pair for track they dont have the type of grip for t&f

  7. Asics Gel! They are comfortable come in all sorts of colors and are very durable. I love them and so do my teammates!

I guess you could use the shoes for track too, but some schools require shoes with spikes for track.Talk to your track coach about that, but I think it would be okay.

If you don't want to spend that much on volleyball shoes check out the websites under inexpensive, quality volleyball shoes.

    Hope this Helps!
