What kind of watch has numbers that rotates instead of the hands and where could i buy one?

i was wondering where i could buy a watch like this what its called a friend men tiond it to me and it sounded realy cool and i wanted one but i had no clue what its called and where to find it

Several companies have made watches like this.  One of the early ones was the Elgin "golfball watch".  (I have my father's).
