What kind of water is Chrystal Geyser, Arrowhead, Aquafina and other brands of water? Are they...?

Mineral water? Sparkling water? Tap (I don't think it's tap)?

And which brand is the CLEANEST type of water? I mean like the HEALTHIEST.

In my opinion, I'd say that Poland Spring is the healthiest and cleanest type of water. I've been drinking it for years and have remained healthy. =)

They are all spring water....and none are more pure or more healthy than tap water....plus, they are all far more damaging to the environment....as you have to throw out all of that plastic.

Just because it's clean doesn't mean it's the healthiest. Water with minerals like fluoride are actually good for you.

Aquafina is filtered tap water- it says it right on the label. There was a big lawsuit several years ago,and now they have to put it on the label.

I'm not familiar with the other brands since I've never bought them. I know for sure that they are not sparkling, and they are probably just purified tap water too.

Real mineral water from a spring is very healthy, but it tends to be very expensive. Tap water or filtered tap water if the water in your area doesn't taste good is just as good as bottled water, and it's about 100 times cheaper.

Spring water? I don't like Arrowhead just because of the taste. Aquafina is okay if it's cold. I prefer Fiji though, and it comes in an awesome bottle.

They are all pure.  They are all "tap" water.
