i'm 17 im very active in running and football (soccer) so i have very good legs, however i would like to gain muscles for my arms mostly ( anything to the abs would be great as well)this being so that i will have a better advantage when im fighting for the ball and need more bulk in my arms and shoulderswhat i would like to know is what kind of weight system should i getbench press, barbells, etc?the cheaper the better
