    You will not get a work in the health field in Dubai with only an MBBS Degree.

    At first you have to undergo the MOH/DOH General Medical Practitioner/Doctor License test. Working in the health field, without having MOH/DOH licenses is illegal 100%.

    Anyhow, hopefully, you will get a work as a Doctor / Medical Practitioner after getting the license. lol
