What kind of workout could i do in this pool?

so i have one of those blue pools which is like 10 feet or more round and like 4 feet tall and i was wondering if anyone knew how many times or how long i would have to go around the pool to get a really good workout (like running 3miles or more)

  1. if your tall enough and want to get a little faster, run in the pool, i used to have to do that at swim practice


  2. It could well be called a Starry Workout by the time you finish half-way through. I would not recommend using it as you will certainly get dizzy and stumble around in circles. It is thus more practical and pleasant using an Olympic sized rectangular shaped pool where you can get a proper workout through faster swims. Cheers!  8-(

    go under and bend down as if u asking someone to mary u then keep switching legs after u come up for air.

  5. Well, you can't really do laps in a pool like that, but you can do water aerobics. I know it sounds like a little old lady exercise, but it works. Water aerobic workouts usually combine a variety of techniques from land aerobics, including walking or running backward and forward, jumping jacks, mimicking cross-country skiing, along with various arm movements. The water acts as your resistance, however if you add a kickboard or noodle it will work even better.

    Try to find some examples or videos online to help you out.
