  2. Most people don't count it but s*x is a fabulous excersise for couples- it burns tons of calories if its vigorous enough and both parties enjoy it! If you're seeking fitness outside the bedroom, there's always jogging, hiking, swimming, biking, and lifting weights (you need a spotter). Try taking an aerobics class together or yoga or pilates- any of them can be good for a couple. Some gyms specialize in couples' classes so look for schedules strictly for pairs. Also, try switching workouts between you- you pick one you'd like to try one week and your partner picks for next week. That way you're not always doing the same routine and you share the activity. Good luck!

  3. Your best bet is walking, biking, or hiking. Workouts where you can really talk would be your best bet in trying to grow closer. Communication is the key. Turn a hiking trip into a picnic. Put all the essentials in a back pack....find a spot and have a nice lunch. The walk back will burn off some of the lunch. Viola!
