What kind of worms can be feeded to baby Finches???

Question

I need a little help here, a breeder from outside the US is asking me to please buy "worms" to feed baby finches... I am a little lost here, any help will be appreciated!!!!

You do not feed baby finches worms.  They eat seed or pellets. Even in the wild, finches do not eat worms.   This sounds very strange...
