I just discovered this at my local gourmet grocery store and would like to do something with it for my cocktail party next week.

  1. Why not just serve it as-is in salt-rimmed margarita glasses?  With a spoon, instead of a straw... garnish with fresh mint leaves or a twirl of lime rind ......btw:  it sounds WONDERFUL
