What kind or breed of eagle is this?

in the video off of the site youtube there is a eagle in the begin 10 - 15 seconds. i know its a german eagle but is there a more specific name?and is there a more specific name for the german eagle breed?thnks

Looks like a Golden Eagle to me. It is hard to see much of the bird besides it's head...so this is my best guess.
