  1. A deli sandwich made on a croissant.  That's very french and it's super-easy.

    Lemon Pressé Recipe

    This refreshing, non-alcoholic beverage is a mainstay in French cafés. Using only lemon juice, water, and sugar, it is a simple yet delicious drink.

    INGREDIENTS:

    Ice

    4 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice

    Pitcher of chilled water

    Granulated sugar

    PREPARATION:

    Put a small amount of ice into 2 glasses. Pour 2 oz lemon juice into each glass. Add water and stir in sugar to taste.

    Makes 2 servings.

  4. fondue would be really easy: cheese and wine melted together, and you dip bread in it, though wine might be out if it's a high scool class.
