What kind or make of motorcycle is this?

In 1989 I saw a miniture motorcycle that was placed on top of a glass counter inside of a motorcycle shop. the worker there said it ran on alcohol and was made for the adult pro-circut. The driver must weight under 100 lbs. Does anyone know anything on this. This is definately not one of those new ones cause i think it was slightly smaller.
