What kinda dog would get along with mine?

I have a bosten terrier/shih tzu mix thats very playful and wants a friend and i wanna kno what breed is good. (not a big dog and not alot of shedding)

I have a Jack Russel Terrier that is pretty cool. You could maybe try one of those.

believe it or not, all dogs can get along with each other, if given a chance to get aquainted. they are pack animals, but not as strongly as wolves.

your original dog will want to be alpha when you are not around, so a younger dog is probably best, but not necessarily a puppy. YOU are the alpha when you are around. as long as you treat your original dog as the alpha, fed first, patted first, etc, the older dog will put up with a lot.

expect some dominance games early. and it could turn out that the older is not an alpha type dog.

in any event, one of them will end up top dog and should be treated that way.
