What kinda drink would be best?

I'm making chicken marsala and mussels marinara for mothers day dinner, what kinda drink would be best for that? I would say wine, but no one likes wine here

Why not mix up a pitcher of special cocktails like mimosas (equal parts champagne and orange juice), amaretto sour, bay breeze or champagne or rum punch.

white wine goes with chicken.  but if no alcohol, then how about making fresh lemonade or a special punch.

I would try a Bellini    2 parts sparkling white wine (tradition says Prosecco) to one part fresh peach puree.  Takes the edge of the wine low alcohol and fun.
