  1. Egg whites are 10 cals each, make a huge omelette packed with veggies, their low in cals too =]

  2. a  small  salad WITH crutons and no dressing, or maybe some of that 2 calorie spray dressing is very filling

  3. Are u kidding eggs are a high calorie food(the yolk is) that is why a few years back they where debating whether or not "an egg a day" was ok. They now say it is but it still has high calories but very good for you still(in moderation).  The thing you could eat is lots of carbs.  The trick is that you eat loads of carbs and you do lots of exercise, as if you do not burn the carbs they turn into sugar and then that turns into fat basically.  But you still need things like protien so try eating boiled rice and chicken, spice it up a bit by boling it with lots of fresh herbs and no salt, its not as bad as it sounds. You will also get vitamins & minerals from the hearbs too

  4. whole grains, fruits with yogurt, veggies etc... i believe in eating in moderation.  So sometimes i will eat slices of cheese (the real stuff), a few pieces of chips and junk food to curb the occasional craving.  As long as you eat healthy the majority of times, your wait shouldn't fluctuate too much.  Also, I eat loads for breakfast and lunch and do really light dinners (eg: veggies and soup)

  5. leafy green salads with lots of veggies.  try eating a pound of lettuce in one day.  you'll be really full fast and there are very little calories.  And don't add calorie laden dressings.
