  1. You just use a normal pump with air.

  2. You dont use gas?

Usually they just blow the balls up with air?

  3. If this is hypothetical as in, "if you could fill it with any gas...," then a less dense gas would allow the ball to bounce higher.  This is because at the same pressure, all gases will be virtually identical as far as influencing the ball's elasticity.  At moderate temperatures and pressures, the ideal gas law holds and there is no difference between gases.  But a more dense gas will increase the mass of the ball, resulting in a (slightly) shorter bounce.  The ideal gas law is important though, and this is where the nitrogen-filled tire fad falls flat on its face.  At those temperatures and pressures, there is no difference between gases.  Molecule size could cause greater or less leakage, but that's it.

  4. air. watch mythbusters

  5. Just use air.
