I think that you should wear whatever you feel comfortable in. It should be something that you won't be like, this doesnt fit, but people seem to like it.

The fact that you have a skinny waist and flat stomach means you wanna stray from a 1-piece. It'll just make your figure look flat and twiggy.

The mid size butt really isn't a problem, when it comes to swimsuits, thats ussually a good thing to have.

If your thighs bother you any, a skirt-bottom bikini would look cute AND be more comfortable for you, because it takes away focus from your thighs and waist, but it makes your legs look longer and they are very cute.

A tankini is basically a bikini with a tank-top sort of design. It'll sraw attention to your waist line and shoulders, and it's a very balanced look, so no one part of your body will stand out more than another.

Get a bikini top with a hipster bikini bottom. Since your upper half is small, then you can pull off the bikini top and to help keep your lower half hid a little more, then the hipster bikini, which is made a little bigger, will help hid what you dont like.
